At Moose Kitchen Plus, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your RTA cabinet purchase, we offer a return policy to facilitate the process. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return procedures:
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the RTA cabinets must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customized or modified cabinets are not eligible for return unless they are deemed defective or damaged.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RTA cabinets must be securely packaged in their original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned RTA cabinets.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for the return.
We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the cabinets.
In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide further instructions.
Inspection and Refund Process:
Once the returned RTA cabinets are received, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
If the cabinets are approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 15 business days using the original payment method.
The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including shipping fees, customizations, and any additional services or accessories purchased.
Damaged or Defective Cabinets:
If the cabinets arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing replacement parts or arranging for a return and refund.
