At Moose Kitchen Plus, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand the procedures and guidelines we follow for delivering your RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets safely to your desired location.
Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will initiate the processing of your order.
The average processing time for RTA cabinets is 2-5 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on the availability of the product and any additional customization options you may have chosen.
You will receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping date and tracking information once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your RTA cabinets.
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Orders shipped via express carrier
In the event of any damaged items, you are required to notify us within 3 days to report the damage at info@moosekitchenplus.ca Failure to do so indicates your acceptance on the merchandise.
- Orders shipped via freight carrier
Items will be shipped on skids/pallets. While the delivery driver is present, carefully examine your package and its contents for any signs of damage or missing items. If any damage or missing item is found, it is crucial to note it on the delivery receipt. By signing the delivery ticket / bill of landing without mentioning any damage, you acknowledge that the merchandise is now your responsibility.
Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates:
The estimated shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
Standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 15 business days for domestic deliveries.
For freight deliveries, an estimated delivery window will be provided, and a representative from the shipping company will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time. A lift gate service will be available for residential deliveries. Shipping charges cover only (1) delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees for delivery failure.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
You can track the progress of your delivery online through the shipping carrier's website or by contacting their customer service directly.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
We take utmost care in packaging and handling your RTA cabinets to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To report any damage, please contact our customer support team (cs@alcshop.ca) and provide detailed
information along with supporting photographs is required.
We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether by arranging a replacement or providing a suitable solution.
International Shipping:
We current do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy:
It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping address details during checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
